but knew it had happened...my guess is if you asked AOC that question...she'd reply about building tracks for trains over the oceans...wonder when the dems will own up to and admit their institutional racism...how can they be so inclusive while being so racist at the same time?

For decades, dems have told blacks to vote them into office, and they will make their lives better.

At the end of their term when things have not improved for blacks, the dems would spin that they TRIED to pass laws that would help the blacks, but dem mean ole Republicans BLOCKED it cause they hate the blacks!

That message began to lose effectiveness over the years, but when Obama was elected, blacks knew their moment had arrived.

And then things actually got WORSE for blacks under obama.

Under Trump, black unemployment at record lows. He's bringing the prosperity to blacks that the dems always promised, but never delivered.
