The four-star QB visited Florida campus today and met with Nussmeier and Mac most of the day. Couldnt get a tour or meet with academic people because they were closed on Sunday.
No offer was extended at the time, but there is still interest from Byrd in UF and also interest on the Florida side as well. The staff wants Byrd to come back and check out practice and he plans to do that the week after next. The UF staff has a lot of interest in Byrd so this is a guy I could easily see getting an offer when he visit next.
