This was apparently a major sting operation. Kraft was just one of several super-rich, high-profile, men who were busted.
Obviously 1) this wasn't just a random, run-of-the-mill, "rub and tug" massage parlor and 2) I suspect that some very powerful people arranged this sting operation to take down some other very powerful people. I'm guessing either a major organized crime family or a foreign government had a hand in this.
