He doesn't think the state legislatures will do anything
He doesn't think the governors will do anything

He does think CONGRESS will step in and fix this mess. His thinking is that the Trump supporters in Congress have the egos to take on this mess, plus several of them want to eventually be President themselves, and they know how playing a role in exposing how the dems rigged the election will bolster their standing.

Dept of Homeland Security has a key public hearing on Weds into election integrity. They are over election integrity AND the post office.

Plus, they are investigating Hunter. And they have subpoena power. He thinks they will have a series of hearings, especially if the DNI finds that China was involved in helping the dems try to overthrow Trump's win.

And if all that fails, Trump still has moves he can make. But it probably won't come to that.

Hiden's best chance was to get Trump to concede. He failed. The longer this plays out, the greater the chance Trump wins.

Praying Medic also made another good point: dems only have a 10-vote lead right now in the House. If enough dems get caught working with the chinese, they could get enough booted from Congress to see the republicans take the House.
