It was Trump replying to the press. He mentioned something about the quiet before the storm. A reporter asked what he was referring to. He smiled and said "we'll see".
That was 3 years ago, old news. And this trying to find the 'secret meaning' from stuff like D5 (December 5!) or 10 days dark etc etc is why a lot of people don't pay attention to the Q stuff. Not a knock on Bill, just saying in general.

That's a different video than the one originally posted. He was seated somewhere. I still don't know the time stamp on the original. It could have been today or yesterday, or a year ago. I honestly don't know.
I’m assuming it’s this one but the date of the EO doesn’t match the date of the presser.
