Sorry if this has already been posted, but this is so blatantly meant to discourage victims from coming forward I can't believe it.
TPD redacted the entire police report except for the victim's name and contact information. I know they aren't used to having to release information publicly regarding the indiscretions of FSU football players, but come on!
