The chance of us not losing another SEC game is basically zero probably.
Because UT would likely lose the next two games, it would give us a buffer if we only lost one more game but beat UGA.
Now we HAVE to win out or hope that UT loses to MIZZOU in a fluke.
But them wuz tears of joy.

You are right about that.....just hope that horseshoe doesn't fall out anytime soon...
Yea but UGA has an easy slate to finish out, just us basically. They beat UT and there's a good chance that with only us left they win out. Even if they lose to us with a win over UT, assuming we drop another one, the math would work out to where they'd be second in line for those tiebreakers because they'd only have one East loss while we're likely to have 2.
If UGA would have beaten UT and lost to us, in your scenario, explain how they only have one loss.
Well, still lots of football left, but with the way we looked against vandy today, I am just hoping now we can get to 9 wins.....and yes, the east is terrible again....
This just might be Tennessee's year. I hate Georgia and in my 64 years on earth this is the first time I have EVER pulled for them to win a game and they blew it big time. Eason is going to be an All American. I can't see us winning all 3 against LSU, Georgia & Arkansas and that's what we'll have to do unless Georgia loses to both Bama & A&M.
But other than a quarter+ against us, vols have not looked great against average competition.....any of us could lose to anybody....remember, this is an uga team that should be 0-fer in conference play right now....
Last I checked, that doesn't matter much.

lol it took 2 miracles in a row to beat two awful east teams, they have zero chance. And since the public is so stupid im about to make Washington vs STanford christmas money the next two weeks. Hopefully A&M leaves something enough of them for me to slam Bama in the next game.

Well from what I've been reading one of the fallbacks in the tiebreaker is the division record. Since in this hypothetical we'd all have a 6-2 conference record they'd default to division record. UT would have none in the division if they only lose to Bama and A&M and UGA would have only had 1 assuming they beat UT and then lost to us. Could have played a role and we'd have had to sweep the East.

As I told Gordon Gecko, UT could easily have lost the 3 straight after last week's game. Could run the table or any number in between. Got a very wounded team with a lot of inexperienced players forced into playing. Only 12 seniors on the team

But had they not won today, incredible chance they'd be 5-3, taking them out.
oh believe me, losing to UT is embarrassing to us.. but that's how bad Florida is and everyone else in the East. At least we are smart enough to know even if we were undefeated we are bad, your fans aren't, including you.

Actually, you don't know shit about me or what I think of this UT team.
Man, I said HERE after we played the 1st game that the Swamp Donkeys should beat UT by 30. I know all the deficiencies that UT has.
But I also know that somehow, Tennessee has been able to come back in every game this season and win. They are 5-0 and 2-0 in the SEC.
Swamp Donkeys lucked their way to the SECE title last season getting 6 wins out of an illegal roided up Q/B and one decent win out of the Doper. Then came the collapse but by that time, you'd already beat Ky, Ole Miss, UT and U/Ga. and were able to limp by Vandy & S/C.
Mizzu lucked it's way to two SECE titles with bad teams. UT gave them the one in 2013 by knocking off #11 ranked S/C.
So if those BAD teams can luck their way to SECE titles, I see no reason why this bad UT team can't win it.

Last year UT played great for 3 1/2 quarters against Oklahoma, Florida and Alabama.
Lost all 3 in the final 2 minutes or less..
I'll take playing lousy for 3 quarters and winning any day

Tennessee loses at aTm...beats Bama...wins out. You guys lose at Arky...that is a done deal. Even if we lose both games you think we will then it is still a tie if we win out. The way you looked against Vandy tells me at least 2 more losses are in your future.
