No it won’t, I agree, but I see two remotely plausible scenarios for her not to be on the 2024 ticket with Biden:

1. Biden suddenly doesn’t seek re-election due to scandal or health.
2. A SCOTUS vacancy opens up, Biden nominates her, and the Democratic establishment rams her confirmation through.

Biden kicking her off the ticket for political expediency would be a suicide move. It’s one of the few things he could do to unilaterally hand the WH to the GOP.
