Is Chuck Shumer sending HIS goons to the homes of Supreme Court justices? Remember?

I also think, as does the WSJ, that this is not an issue that plays to the R favor. As evidenced just by this thread, it distracts from the disasterous record the Ds have on crime, immigration, inflation, etc.
First, you quote the WSJ as a reliable source? The WSJ is just ano Lib rag. Regardless, a poll by CNN doesnt support your comment:

From CNN poll:
The share of registered voters who say they are extremely or very enthusiastic about voting this fall rose 6 points between the first survey and the second, but that increase is about even across party lines. Among Democrats, 43% now say they are extremely or very enthusiastic, up 7 points. Among Republicans, it's 56%, up 9 points. And voters who say overturning Roe would make them "happy" are nearly twice as enthusiastic about voting this fall as those who say such a ruling would leave them "angry" (38% extremely enthusiastic among those happy, 20% among those angry).

When life begins has been long settled under law and precedent.

Any woman that is murdered and is determined to have been pregnant, even if she didn't know it yet, would have the murderer charged with 2 deaths. That means that life begins as soon as conception is known or proven.

It's either that, or every perp that's ever been charged with 2 murder for killing a pregnant woman will have to be retried, and if found guilty, re-sentenced.....

The question is how many of those lives were last trimester abortions.

My
Here is where you went wrong in your post. Nobody, and I mean nobody.........believes this anymore. Even the left knows it, they just don't care. And they are hell bent on stealing future elections as well.
No one in the Trump-focused echo chamber. To go forward influence is through immigration patterns and in turn, ballot harvesting.

That is an interesting point that I never see raised. Now, what is the real impact? Instead of a life sentence, they get a dual life sentence, but it is an interesting point of law.

@grandhavendiddy is a moderate living in a deep blue state, so as a result he thinks he's really a conservative. By comparison to his home state, he is. But if he was living in a deep red state, he would look like a liberal.
