Watching the UCLA/ Stanford game on ESPN and because UCLA is having their tails handed to them they are talking about the ground shaking news this week. Once again Jesse Palmer is, in my probably biased opinion, trying to gain credibility by going anti Gator. However, in order to win over Gator Nation the GA Dawg, David Pollack, is defending Will Grier basically saying NCAA rules are ridiculous and questioning their decision making.

Unfortunately I'll never take either one of them seriously as analyst because you can tell they are puppets. They are "yes men" that will say whatever the powers that be want them to say.

Palmer was over the top about Spurrier "quitting on his team". I completely understand that some media folks are somewhat quietly talking about this. And if you are totally convinced he quit on them, it's hard to defend. But everyone that gets The HBC, the greatest Gator of all time, understands that he's making a move similar to every other move he made as a head coach. You're either performing or your not. If not, "next man up". He also understands the recruiting game. He's a liability on the recruiting trail. Getting out now, is the best thing for USC.

Shame on Palmer for dumping on The HBC.
