Yep. All the dems know how to do is sow division and anarchy. They would love to see a 2nd Civil War. They want to divide America into as many 'identity groups' as possible and then offer them 'special government programs' to help them (and get their vote).
Who pays for it? The Middle American taxpayer. Who comes to resent all the 'special interest' groups who the dems are catering to and who the taxpayers are having to give all their money to.
Which is what the dems wanted No sane and intelligent person could or should support this.
