As a 60+ year Gator fan, I’m just over it and I simply no longer care about recruiting ( sorry Jason ), bowl games, off season activities and these new things called the portal and the NIL. We are in a ridiculous arms race, that is just flat out unsustainable. I get it, I’m old school and I guess just old, but I will still root for the Gators on day one of each new season and whatever happens, happens.
To me going forward, it will be all about the game on any particular Saturday. I’ll leave it to many of you to opine about the good or bad..” I pray and hope things change, but I doubt they will.
