He's great with QBs, which has been UFs biggest problem in recent years, and with the right staff, he'll recruit well enough to have Florida a respectable top 15 type program again, IMO. Probably not a national championship caliber coach, but he'll get Florida back to a 10 win program.

Besides, it could be worse: Tennessee is going to hire Schiano, lmao!
