I became a Gators fan in 2000 upon going to UF. I've lost some hats and shirts over the years but my current closet has 3 hats, 15 t-shirts, 2 polo shirts, and 3 hoodies all with various logos and words, past and present, and in various colors of orange, blue, white, gray, black. I'm glad I got my apparel years ago because from browsing online nowadays the offerings are not as good quality and don't look as good aesthetically, and most have the apparel companies' logos on the hats and shirts, which I dislike. I own zero Jordan brand articles and don't like the look. I bought the 47 brand stuff before they put their logo on the sides, thankfully.

I can't even find my hats online, so I'm definitely not going to lose anymore of those bad boys, haha. I have one blue The Game bar hat with strap adjustable after losing my clean white one. I have a sweet orange fitted The Franchise interlocking UF white letters with blue accent stitching and Gator sweater chest logo dude on back. My other remaining hat is a blue fitted The Franchise Gators head front block orange F on back. I don't like the slanted font crap that Meyer had changed on writings and on the field endzones so I don't have that on any apparel. I got 50's Gators sweater chest dude on shirt, 80's UF gator/state on shirt, even got a Spanish writing la universidad de florida shirt, and multiple blue Gators script on orange shirts, which are my fave logo and color but only on shirts as hats are better with interlocking UF or with bar hat words or Gators head.

Can probably find on discount..:

I don't do one off stuff, just the classics, no players, no jerseys, no company logos, just UF Gators logos and words in classic colors, 100% cotton baby, haha. I do have a Father's Day shirt from my son with Gators head on front and Dad with # 1 on back so only personalized one, haha.

Wasn't it AFTER Meyer when we changed from block F to slanted F? Muschamp era.

The block letter “F” at midfield was replaced with the giant gatorhead under Muschamp.

Removing that “F” removed our program’s soul, ISO.
The endzones font had already changed under Meyer to slanted as well as the font everywhere else too to make things allegedly slicker and edgier. The midfield doesn't bother me as much as the endzones font change because I like the basic block font over the slanted wing tipped pointy font and endzones have more letters involved than the midfield did.

I once had a Gator blue shirt that read nothing but FSUCKS in the early 2000's. That shirt never faded after being in the washer and dryer for years. I only wish I bought at least 4 more of those because my now ex wife accidentally ruined it while high lighting a friend's hair as she wore it just that once.
I've forgiven her for so many things, but never have I forgiven her for ruining the best ever Gator shirt I owned.

I remember those shirts.

I wore that shirt almost everywhere I took the family, especially in restaurants, and every theme park in Orlando. Surprisingly, that shirt pissed off the Central Florida fans more than it did the FSU fans.

Yes, I said Central Florida, not UCF. Those idiot UCF fans hate it when they're referred to as Central Florida. Absolute dumbasses.
