I saw this somewhere on another forum. Probably has it's roots in Marxism.

This is, for all intents and purposes, the same philosophy outlined in the "Communist Manifesto" and Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals"...both written in the 1950s or earlier.

First, thanks for writing "intents and purposes" instead of "intensive purposes." That is the correct usage.
Second, I'm fairly sure that exact list was printed, prior to that, as the Communist Plot to overthrow America.
