Because Dick Cheney and Halliburton owned those giant Nuclear Powered fans that blow the sand off Africa that created all those Hurricanes back in 2005 in order to murder Black people in New Orleans, Mississippi and Alabama, then disperse the survivors so the Republicans could not only steal their property but steal their voting districts..

But the barge they were on got swamped and sank. That is why there were no hurricanes for the next 10 years that hit the US in spite of the 'GLOW-BALL WARMING" propaganda and all the leftist praying to Karl Marx to send hurricanes back again..
