If Hunter stuff blows up and inflation stays high (headline inflation I think just dropped to 3.1% this morning for July), then Trump and the republicans have to MAKE IT RELEVANT to: a) get suburban women to flip and b) get out more base voters.

On both - it is NOT JUST TRUMP. The RNC needs to DO ITS JOB and get out the vote. It spends too much time getting caught in the Trump vortex (and that is not a critique of Trump, by the way). It needs to be do the ground game, and get people excited.

You are spot on in all of this. Not so sure Trump will have Republican committee support. I truly believe they would rather have an establishment democrat than an America first person that they cannot control.
