-he was able to keep Kevaughn Allen
-the team has showed spurts of excellent ball movement working for the open shot but more times than not, it was stagnant

-his use of timeouts and lack of a play drawn up. Too many times they came out and held the ball for 25 seconds only to shoot a contested three
-lack of defensive adjustments..this team all year long has double teamed at the end of the shot clock and got burned by an open three. The zone rarely worked this year
-He still does not know how to use substitutions. Rimmer should never have been on the floor in several of the situations this year meanwhile Hayes was a lot more productive and should have been in. Also believe Allen should have seen more minutes
Overall, it was a disappointing season and this team had every chance to make the NCAA tournament but blew it themselves. I'll give White a C- for the year all things considered
