Kirby’s players aren’t hanging out with him on the weekends. Whatever reason recruits are going to UGA Kirby being cool ain’t one of em. Richt was a bible thumping white guy and regularly recruited in the top 10 with multiple top 5’s, recruits didn’t go to UGA because they thought he was cool then either. Once again you’re projecting your man crush on Kirby onto recruits.
I can promise you Kirby is actually a very personable guy with some charisma. Bowl cut or not, the dude is pretty down to earth and relates well to players. Plus, he wears nice Peter Millar clothing like a normal adult, not air Jordan’s and slacks...talk about dorky.
