AR is so incredibly talented and equally inconsistent. How do you call plays for that?

Bad passes on good play calls. Who do you yell about? Jim Mc-...I mean Billy Napier because you think they're the same person.

We go into the half with the lead, by running. We come out in the second half and abandon the run.
We just need more people involved in the game. Billy has too much on his plate. Had to use a timeout in the first half because Toney wasn’t accounting for a receiver.
HC/OC/QBC and babysitting the DC is just too much

Napier's play calling has been crazy at times especially this 2nd half and the Vandy game.
Danny- for me it is play design, running the ball into numbers disadvantage (see first and Goal just now… 7 man defense box we run ball w five Olineman and one lead back) the Wildcat (which again doesn’t work anymore) a lack of RPO game, and poorly designed plays.
If you are going to be in the shot gun you can’t just hand off and watch. The qb has to be a threat off of a read. We turn and handoff and are outnumbered often in the box. That’s coaching.
Well that's where we differ. From what I've seen all season, it's on AR choosing not to take it.
He's sacrificing his backs instead of taking the EASY runs off tackle.
I think the play calling and scheme is fine, but you don't know what the hell you're going to get.
I asked a friend of mine earlier if it's frowned upon to take 2 blood pressure pills on a football day to account for the ridiculousness.
I have pointed out every week specific examples of us running into a defense in which we are outnumbered. It just happened on the goalline. I agree w you he misses a lot of run reads.

You saw that with Kitna in there, made the right read and picked up 6 yards without half the physical tools of AR.
Only play calling mistake I saw was no runs on first three drives of second half.
But agree that reads by AR are terrible
How do you go 0 for 12 passing in the 2nd half and your still in the game?
That's been the book on him since he started reading his draft status clippings.
I'd be bizarrely okay with it if it was every game
But then AR has these games where he does run and we look great....and then the next game he goes right back to having zero interest in running.
Don't get it.
