I love how just about every time Cronkrite is in the game we throw the ball. Either to him or use him as a decoy out the backfield. We've run a handful of times with him in the game all year. Maybe we'll fool the defense the next time we do it though.

Hmmmm. So we go man coverage then line the safety responsible for the back 10 yards back in a shell look. Gave an example in the defense thread about how we do unsound things like this all the time and our amazing defensive talent makes up for it. That was another example.

Not having 5 star players is not an excuse, other schools do way more with way less talent. Some of these other teams dont have a callaway or a Cleveland or a scarlett or even an appleby. They still are more consistent

To me this just shows how rigid our offensive staff is. They made up their minds that only two guys could play slot and now since one of em is injured Powell plays regardless lack of performance be damned. Nobody else can play slot? Adjust and call different types of plays.

Callaway should have caught it but that's a hard catch. Momentum carrying him out of bounds and then having to worry about feet placement. Throw was late and outside Callaway's athleticism is the only reason he got to it.

Why aren't our best pass rushers in the game there? Stupid mass subs be damned. On a crucial 3rd down we have Clark and some other guy trying to get a pass rush while Brantley sits on the bench.

Our defense does some stupid crap coaching wise sometimes - Kiffin will eat that mess up
