The man whose baby pic ended up being featured on one of the most recognizable album covers of all time filed a lawsuit alleging that the image was child pornography.

I always thought the baby weiner cover was weird.

However, this full grown baby doesn't want me on this jury. I'd award him the single dollar in the fark.

I would assume that the guy's parents are also a named Defendent in the lawsuit. Afterall, they are the ones that granted permission and got paid for the use of the picture.

Interesting:

But now, 5 years after he last recreated the shot, he wants money.
