The 6-foot-5, 205 pound shooting guard, ranked No. 64 in the Rivals150, cut his list to four schools earlier this month. He has taken unofficial visits to all of his finalists except Wake Forest.
After changing AAU teams in April Brown proved to be an efficient scorer on Nike’s EYBL circuit. He ranked 11th on the EYBL circuit in scoring, at 19 points per game despite ranking in the top 40 in shots attempted. He shot 51.8 percent overall and 41.5 percent from 3-point range while grabbing 6.1 rebounds per game.
At the Nike Peach Jam Brown averaged 22 points per game on 53.2 percent shooting.
