Budget is no longer an excuse. We’ve all heard the hype around Napier’s CEO mentality. If he truly brings in home run type staff members that are known for recruiting and coaching then none of this concerns me. Now, if we start striking out on staff and bringing in second or third options I’ll go to worrying.
