Florida V. Michigan

You haven’t rushed your way to a national title in 40 years. You think James Coley is just gonna bust out his XBox and Madden playbook you to a national title on your talent alone? Typically delusional fanbases have a spoiled disposition due to accomplishments. UGA fanbase as a whole may just have a mental illness.

The funny part is their offensive line isn’t even as good as advertised. It’s one of those things where it just gets repeated enough times and suddenly it becomes fact.

They were 43rd in sack percentage which judges how well you pass protect (and they barely throw the ball), 26th in sacks given up per game (and again they barely throw or this would be worse) and 7th in yards per rush. So basically everyone thinks their line is great because they line up and run a bunch of times and rack of a bunch of rushing yards. Meanwhile OU actually won the award for best offensive line in the country and had 4 guys drafted off their offensive line, the first time that’s ever happened in the common draft era. But to let UGA fans tell it their line is the best to ever grace a football field. Just another in a long line of self-proclaimed titles, facts be damned.

Against Texas? Not only were opponents lighting up the scoreboard against Texas, but they gave up a ton of yards by air and ground. What happened to Georgia's all 5 star OL in the Sugar Bowl?
Last years team isn't this years team....understand? Your gators proved that theory Saturday night.

and a dozen or so former 5-Stars to operate with in addition to all those 6.0's. Yikes for you!
Nick Saban won with far less talent his 3rd year at Bama. Urban Meyer won with far less talent his 2nd year at Florida. What's Kirby's excuse?

Georgia DL Bill Norton was arrested early Sunday morning on three charges. Norton was taken into custody by the UGA Police Department for driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and minor in possession of alcohol.

He was released on $1,000 bond for each offense at 5:44 a.m. He was arrested 4:25 a.m according to the Athens-Clarke County arrest records. The freshman from Memphis made his way to Georgia's campus in early June as a member of the Bulldogs' No. 2 ranked 2019 recruiting class.

#9 SDE Bill Norton 6-5 285 **** (161/247)
Offers: UG-UA-LSU-MsSt-Miz-Ms-SCa-TN--ND-tOSU-OK-PSU-UL
But who DID NOT OFFER? - UF or VU :p

Another arrest, tops in the SEC. Yet the mouthbreathers here spent all summer projecting about how UF’s program was out of control. Seems like they have a culture problem there.

An 18 year old kid goes out in Athens on a Saturday night and has some beers (blew a .02) then decides to drive back to his dormitory. Gets pulled over for crossing the center line and arrested for underage consumption. Sounds like a real "thug". As for Coley, Kirby Smart moved him into the QB coach position last season and removed Jim Chaney from that position because he knew Chaney was going to move on. Coley was placed into the "OC assistant" position as a try-out for ascending to the position this season. It's too early to tell if all your wishful thinking has any merit, but no UGA fan is worried about this move by Kirby. Regarding your game with Miami, your defense looked pretty good against a true freshman LT and a RFR at RT. To disagree with Oozie7 on the UGA OL, it is deep (2nd team could start for most SEC programs), talented, (a plethora of 5 star talent) and experienced. The left tackle is pre-season All American and the left guard is pre-season All SEC. This line is generally considered by national analysts as being the best in the country. They are a world apart from the Miami line.

Oh. Coley was promoted within the staff to take over as the OC upon the job opening up. That totally means he’s gonna win a national title for UGA based on their talent. We’ll just overlook his actual stint as an OC.

Bingo. Coley sucked as an OC. He’s a recruiter only.

He was Jimbo’s OC and was thought so highly as one Jimbo continued calling his own plays. Ran down to Miami to send Al Golden back to the assistant coach ranks. I tried telling these dudes to ask the Miami fans their thoughts on the guy while they were still here. None of them even came close to approaching the subject. Coley is a good recruiter and luckily for him that’s all UGA fans care about.

Hope you are wrong. We'll begin to see this Saturday at Vanderbilt. I trust Kirby Smart's hiring instincts.

The Right side of that Oline isn't to shabby either....RT Wilson 6'7 345 and RG's Ben Cleveland 6'6 340/ Cade Mays 6'6 325. Mays can play across the board.

.cancer injected.

The only cancer injected from the nuttlickers to the Gator's has been the parasitic invasion of the Gator Msg Brd by several village idiot buttsniffer fans....

But just one loss and they'll alll disappear faster than fart disappears into a buttsniffer....:p-- :D
