Do we have a strength and conditioning coach yet?
Bradley,

IDK

Thought we hired one & he changed his mind before he even got here.

UPDATE

Rather then leave it at that -

New Florida Football Performance Director Craig Fitzgerald Leaves for BC

After roughly one month in charge of Florida’s strength and conditioning department, Craig Fitzgerald is leaving Florida for Boston College.

We hired Craig Fitzgerald (from N Y Giants) Dec 30, 2023.
He left Feb 11, 2024 to lead the strength and conditioning staff at Boston College.

The new Gator football strength and conditioning coach is Tyler Miles. He was promoted to replace the departed Craig Fitzgerald and was hired at the urging of current Florida Gators players. Miles has a background in farming and construction, which has instilled a strong work ethic in him.

New UF football strength coach Tyler Miles defined by rural Midwestern background

Growing up on a cattle and horse farm in rural Kansas, new Florida football head strength and conditioning coach Tyler Miles was no stranger to hard work.

"We threw thousands of hay bales," Miles said. "I never minded throwing hay bales, I'd say shoveling, period. I hated shoveling, even at 12 I felt like I was 60."

A background in farming and construction led to a work ethic that Miles has brought into the field of football strength and conditioning. That paid off two weeks ago when, at the urging of current Florida Gators players, Miles was promoted to replace the departed Craig Fitzgerald as UF's new strength and conditioning coach.

Solid hire and it feels like Napier has the program heading in the right direction. Just seems no matter the issue (NIL, recruiting, transfer portal, etc.) he's figuring it out a year late on each issue. Just my take.

I do think we have the pieces in place though finally to handle the schedule this year. Game day decisions will have to be solid.

CBN seems like a damn mess to me. He seems like a talented guy who can’t run a program but refuses to acknowledge it. He runs about a B- program, which in the SEC gets you 5-7.

What about the last two years plus the lack of an offensive coordinator or a special teams coordinator that can count would lead you to believe this is going to happen?
