Puleeze...don't speak ill of the woman but come on the fawning even on Fox channel is a bit much.
Not all republicans will vote to replace her. They won’t get the majority because republicans are weak. Nothing will happen until after the election.
With the destruction this woman has done to this country? Look at her voting record. Do some research.
When that research is done. Please reply to the positive Yeas or Nays.

Several polls show Sen. Collins trailing in Maine, and Cory Gardner is in a fight in Colorado. Neither will want to vote, I'm thinking.
But truth be told, if there are questions about election and it goes to SCOTUS, without Ginsburg the Republicans are in a better position if we must rely on them, a la 2000.

The bigger concern should be how desperate the democrats will be now to win this election. The mail in ballot stuffing is going to go into over drive in every state allowing it. Especially those that allow weeks after the Nov 3rd to still count ballots.

No reason to. She was a giant in the legal world. She was incredibly fair and incredible longevity. I knew it was just a matter of time and she held out as long as she could. May she rest in peace.

The constitution is silent on how to pick the chief justice and it has been decided by statute. Trump if he wins could have the law changed and replace Roberts with someone else . He would need the house and senate.

Look guys, law is a judgment free of passion. You don’t have to agree with her to realize that she was consistent and fair even if you didn’t agree with her. Mostly I didn’t agree with her either but hard not to respect her.
If he appoints another justice I don’t think he has to worry about John Roberts anymore

I think there will be a lot of people pushing here to run for Congress in 2022.

And she is EXTREMELY Pro-Life AND was a favorite of Scalia. And she's like 45, so she could easily be on the court for 40 years.
But she will never get a vote before the election. Too many RINOs in the Senate who cannot wait to go on record saying wait till after election.

McConnell gets a bad rap from a lot of Republicans and he has gone off the reservation a couple of times in regards to Trump, but when it comes to the federal judges, he has been a rock. He's one of the unsung heroes in what Trump has accomplished so far.
