FBI Director was forced to admit “errors and omission”

Gee. Do you think they'll get as much time as McCabe? Another one of you all's failed speculations.

McCabe has not acquitted of anything. The J-D just chose not to prosecute him for political reasons. He's admitted to lying to both Congress, and also in an FBI interview about leaking information to the Fake News MSM excuse for the free press.

Gen. Flynn and R.Stone are both going to jail for similar but lesser things, and neither of them was in the trusted position of Assist. Dir. of the FBI....

Apparently the Demorats claim of 'NO ONE being above the LAW' is only intended for conservatives and/or Republicans...

How may more of the truly guilty Demorats will continue to get off the hook, like the Clinton's Arkancide Crime Syndicate has for decades now? o_O

As I've said for many years, it not really a swamp, it's a cesspool with no bottom.

To quote the Orange Man,

Totally Exonerated.

Quite being such a sore loser. There is no there there.

No, he did not do the exact same as McCabe.
7 counts of obstruction
Witness tampering/intimidation
Lying under oath

Not the same at all

I've yet to see you defend FICA abuses.
17 is a pretty big number, but since you're a math wizz you should be able to handle it.

FBI Director Comey and FBI Ast. Director McCabe were both a part of that, among others.

Under your 'always fair & honest' system of justice,,, what do you suppose should happen to both of them, and to those many others that were involved?

Why would I defend FICA abuses. Social security abuses are wrong.

Or did you mean FISA abuses? The whole FISA system is ripe for abuse IMO. But it seems it was set up that way. Blame Bush for that. There’s a difference between abusing the system and illegal acts. Which neither McCabe or Comey will ever be charged with.

The fact that you are equating the two tells me everything I need to know.

You never gave the answer. I hope it’s better than your 1+1=2.

Btw, I never said I was smarter than you, just that you’re no genius and your little tests are silly and indicative of nothing. I usually that people that like to brag about how smart they are, are usually just overcompensating for their insecurities about it. Like the stable genius Trump, who is neither.

This is fun. This skirmish began with you questioning my level of knowledge.

I'm going to give you some more clues to help you arrive at the correct answer.

In the 60 minute 60 question test session there was 56 of us. 4 of us answered the question correctly. 8 passed by the question with plans to return later. The 8 didn't return to the question because of time constraints. 44 gave an incorrect answer.

There are only 2 answers to choose from. A yes and a no. This should arm you well enough to answer the question correctly. At test time, I had none of this info. I walked into the class room setting blind.

Anyone with an IQ of 115 or above would never suggest this a stupid question. instaGATOR would never suggest such.

If Instagator is your indicator of intelligence, then you’ve set the bar too low.

To answer your obviously trick question, as I explained, the term fear of heights is an expression used in place of the more specific term Acrophobia. But your probably playing semantics because it’s actually a fear of falling from heights, so the answer is probably No. it’s easy to tell when it’s a trick question. Regardless, trick questions aren’t an indication of intelligence, nor was your dumb simplest equation problem, which I also proved to be incorrect.

So play your pseudo intellectual games elsewhere. I’m not impressed

OK, Mr. 1+1=2, answer this.

You can see it, but you can’t smell it.
If you put it in a box, it makes it lighter.

What is it?

Some among us have difficulty with reading comprehension.

1+1=2 is math's simplest equation.
1+2=3 is AMONG math's simplest equations.

Some among us read what's there. Some among us read what they think is there.

What one says and especially how one says it defines one. We all know who does not want to challenge instaGATOR in testing in a class room setting.

No, it’s not.

x=1 is an even simpler equation. Or even 0+0=0. You just make up dumb stuff and claim it as fact, which it’s not. If it were, surely you could provide some support for your opinion. But you won’t. Because you can’t. You even claimed x+x=xx, when everyone knows x+x=2x.

And Acrophobia literally means “fear of heights” So you are 0 for 2 in your little tests. So if you are a genius, then I’m friggin Steven Hawking.

https://www.psycom.net/acrophobia-fear-of-heights/

The definition of acrophobia is, simply put, a phobia of heights. Those who suffer from acrophobia—the word comes from the Greek word for heights, which is “acron,” and the Greek word for fear, which is “phobos”—typically don’t enjoy outings to amusement parks if these involve Ferris wheels and roller coasters. Because of their phobia of heights, people with acrophobia may also be reluctant to stand on high hills and some can find it stressful to be on an escalator or a glass elevator. Individuals who are afraid of heights may even avoid driving over bridges as this can bring on dizziness. This phobia of heights can trigger unpleasant symptoms that result in persons with acrophobia avoiding the possibility of higher altitude situations altogether.

Oh, InstaGator is no genius either.

0+0=0. Who here believes I can teach BSC what a 0 is? It's a zero. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

1+1=2 is math's simplest equation. I've given BSC every clue to answer the heights question. I've answered the question for him. He can't reason nor analyze. nail, et al can answer the question.

Now that we’ve been sidetracked from the main point of this thread, who wants to bet that Giuliani gets indicted before any Dems? Anyone? All we’ve heard from the Ghost and Insta is how McCabe, Comey, Hillary, et al are going to jail, while the only ones actually being sentenced are people associated with Trump.

When will they learn.

Yawn. Wake me up when any of this comes to fruition. You guys swore Hillary, Comey and McCabe would be locked up by now.
It’s ongoing, why not talk about it? This investigation has everything to do with the DOJ corruption. Better hope the Dems keep the house because the dam will break if they don’t. The Dem controlled House is the only thing standing in the way of some major indictments coming down the pipe.

I have no problem prosecuting people that break the law. It just so happens that, despite all of the Righties claims, all of them so far have been associated with Trump.

Dec 11, 2019 Part 2 -- The IG's Horowitz Report - Senate Hearing - In Depth

The U.S. attorney who is conducting a wide-ranging investigation of the origins of the Trump-Russia probe released a rare statement Monday saying he disagrees with conclusions of the so-called FISA report -- after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found in that review that the probe's launch largely complied with DOJ and FBI policies. o_O (a case of the fox guarding the hen house it looks to me - iG)

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement. Horowitz released his report Monday saying his investigators found no intentional misconduct or political bias surrounding efforts to launch that 2016 probe and to seek a highly controversial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to monitor former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page in the early months of the investigation.

Still, it found that there were "significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised." “I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.” As Horowitz has conducted his review of DOJ actions during the Russia probe, Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut, has also been conducting a wider inquiry into alleged misconduct and alleged improper government surveillance on the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election. Fox News reported in October that Durham's ongoing probe has transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation. Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr ripped the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s review, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.” “The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement. >>> Barr expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” information came to the light. o_O

Entrapment and misrepresenting documents to obtain warrants seems to be no issue with some posters. Not to mention the plants they used to create a complete bogus collusion case against Trump. As I said before, Obama is relevant in this investigation because it was his DOJ.

I've got "bad" news for you, instaGATOR.

"What one says and how one says it defines one." This is a rule the administrator uses when interviewing prior to intelligence quotient testing. I have considerable experience in this field.

The administrator almost always knows score outcomes with a 15 minute interview prior to testing. Let me assure you, your claim to being "a lot smarter and informed" than you know who holds considerable merit.

The Dim-O-Rats continue to try to block funding for a border wall to secure the southern border. One of their bogus claims is over the projected 5 Billion dollar cost.

Compare that 5 Billion to the cost of criminal illegal border jumping aliens.
As President Trump battles to secure our southern borders, the cost of illegal immigration continues to spiral out of control. It’s set to cost Americans trillions of dollars.

LOL FBI and DOJ have been exposed as being infested with political hacks who are democrats or pro democrat. Would it surprise anyone paying attention that Hillary who was caught dead to rights breaking the law would be excused by Comey and Trump would be investigated for 3 years ( 2 1/2 years longer than it took for the intel to exonerate him) before Mueller threw in the towel. When the administrative state couldn't get the job done, hacks like Nadless and Sh*tt_for_brains threw a hail Mary to try and get it done. The ones indicted except for Manafort have been caught up on process crimes related to underlying non-criminal activity. Heck Flynn IMHO didn't commit a crime anyway as he was accused of lying but not convicted. he plead guilty because they threatened to go after his son. Is mafioso tactics like that justice? Stone is a moron but not a real criminal. Caught in a perjury trap. How much time did Clinton server for perjury? 0, he lost his law license. Justice if you can call it that was asking for 9 years over a process crime of no significance to the underlying case because there was no underlying case. I would not be surprised if Flynn and Stone serve little to no time as the info used against them evolved from tainted warrants involving a non crime.

If you lie under oath, it’s a crime whether or not there was an underlying crime involved. The illegal warrant could only be used as a defense against the initial accusation.

Are there any among us who has a fear of heights? The correct answer is no.

I stand on a street corner in Denver in a crowd. We're 5280 feet above sea level. Our worst fear is being mugged or run over by a bus.

I stand on the Alico Building in Waco. I stand near the edge with some roofers. I'm nervous. I walk to the middle of the rooftop where I'm as calm as a cucumber. I have no fear of heights nor do you.

Some of us have a fear of falling or a fear of edges.

I’ve already explained to you, x=1, or even 0+0=0 are even simpler equations. So that’s really just your opinion, with nothing to back it up. You just aren’t capable of understanding it.

And I showed you that many people are afraid of heights, even when there is no fear of falling. It’s a known psychological condition. See my link from the journal of psychology. I have acrophobia, which is literally fear of heights. I don’t have a fear of falling in every day situations. So you’re just playing semantics and trying to pass it off as intelligence.

So while you may think you are smart, I’ve just exposed your two biggest falsehoods for the sham that they are. So please, continue to try to impress the dolts on here, but smart people, such as myself, know better.
