I have no issue with a player not playing much redshirting. I would even hope teams that had that situation would willingly not let the kid burn a redshirt unless forced to by injuries even if there is an NIL deal in place.

I did it because it's NIL related (though I think we would have matched GAs NIL offer) and I was too lazy to make another thread. I will look now and if this is my thread I will change the title.
