"Do you know that Negroes are 10 percent of the population of St. Louis and are responsible for 58 percent of its crimes? We’ve got to face that. And we’ve got to do something about our moral standards. We know that there are many things wrong in the white world, but there are many things wrong in the black world, too. We can’t keep on blaming the white man. There are things we must do for ourselves."
I NEVER hear anything today from black leaders on the other side of the black victimization card which is what the responsibility of the black world is in terms of crime and family dynamics. One reason is that we have no black leaders. We have race hustlers and race baiters whose primary job is to exploit the death of a black man by a white cop.
Are there cases of black men dying at the hands of police unjustifiably? Well of course there are, the case of Chauvin, being the most agrecious. And he is paying for it.
There would be less black people dying at the hands of police if they didn't commit a crime and didn't resist arrest when apprehended. The kid in Minnesota who died because the cop mistakes a gun for a taser obviously should still be alive. And he also would be if he didn't have an outstanding warrant and then resist the arrest by jumping in the car in an attempt to get away. We never hear BOTH sides of a case. We only hear about the bad cop but the victim is held completely free of any responsibility and made out to be a saint.
Dr. King and a Dr. King like man are so sorely missed because we have no one close to that today.
