As a cop what is your opinion on the legality of her using deadly force in the video when the attacker was unarmed? Obviously she was assaulted.

In Alabama I think this is just ignored but in NYC she gets charged.

If she feared for her safety, and it seems entirely reasonable that she would have based on that video, it's absolutely justifiable homicide.

Some states allow it to protect your own safety, the safety of others (all states include these two) AND the protection of property fwiw.
