These are the contracts that each of them signed prior to the 2015-16 season:

Breaking down Mike White's contract:

--White's signing incentive was $375,000

--White's total prorated base salary from 2015-16 was $249,027.40 and his annual base salary after that is $265,000

--White's prorated expense account for personal expenses for year 1 was $56,383.56 and after that it's $60,000 annually.

--White has a $40,000 travel allowance each year for the use of association-owned airplanes

--White is paid an annual equipment payment of $400,000

--White terminating his contract would cost him $1,000,000

--If White's contract is terminated, he's owed $1,250,000 for each year he has remaining on his contract (more on this in pages 38 and 39 below in the link)
