Criteria being used to select Wake Forest's Gator Bowl opponent

Academic Progress Rating (APR) is being used to choose from the teams that finished with 5-7 records. A couple of teams being considered are Rutgers and Illinois. Well, it SUCKS to be FSU again! 🤣
