No excess deaths has been a thing for months. We now have the most trusted name in statistical Covid impact tracking telling us it’s not leading to excess death.

but the essence of what she is saying is these are people that we’re probably gonna die anyway and the overall mortality rate has Not gone up because of coronavirus because mostly it’s killing people that we’re going to die soon anyway. And the fear mongering trying to scare healthy people into thinking they’re gonna die from this as long been inappropriate. Bottom line is death is all that matters. Covid is not causing excessive death because other leading causes of death have plummeted while Covid has surged. Therefore, a majority of deaths recorded as Covid were people who’d likely have died (or perhaps they did die) of other leading causes such as heart disease.
This isn’t partisan, it’s not politics, it’s simple statistical analysis. Statistics and math ARE science, and I’m told we should follow the science.
