The big difference is that Trump has the documents being guarded by the Secret Service at Mara-Lago. Trump, as a sitting President, had every right to declassify and move them when he left the White House.
On the other hand, Biden had no right to remove them from the White House to his residence, which by the way was being guarded by a crackhead who has been on both the Ukraine and China's payroll. 😂

You seem to forgot the BIG difference. Trump was President and had authority to do so when he took documents to his house (as every President does from time to time) BUT, Biden was only VP and did not have the authority at the time he took documents. Plus, now its starting to come out that the "subject: of the documents Biden took are related his dealings with Ukraine at the time. Big big difference.
