1.) Congress does the right thing and throws out the contested states and vote Trump in.
2.) Congress does the dog and pony show and let Biden steal the WH
3.) Trump has some legal trickery that shuts it all down and creates chaos postponing the eventual theft.
4.) the patriots storm the gates, give no quarter to the thieves and the tree of liberty is watered.

1 is preferred, 2 is most likely and I would hate to see any patriots die but would shed no tears for the swamp creatures.

Guess it depends on the definition of fraud. But if the rules set in place by state legislatures were overridden or ignored by othe government agencies/actors then the electors are unconstitutional, PERIOD. Call it whatever you want they are technically not valid. This occurred in Ga and Pa for sure.

As for the rest that I have seen reported like ballots taken out from under a table, people voting that had moved, statistical anomalies, etc. I have little doubt that illegalities occurred as well.

Really? Nixon did not decide to to reject certified electors alone. There were two sets D and R from Hawaii because of a COURT ruled recount pushing the state's EC . ( this year there is only one set from each state). Nixon asked for unanimous consent to decide for the Democrat slate ( we was R). The court ruled recount had the D ahead at the end.
