It's not going to happen, and I'll tell you why. Garland has previously gone on record as saying he is following precedence that the DOJ will not indict any sitting President or presidential candidate. This goes way back to the Hildibeast and Lynch. If he flip flops, Poopy Joe is fair game come 2023 with a Republican House. I hope Jim Jordon is elected Speaker of the House. Shit's gonna roll! Garland would be forced to investigate "The Big Guy".

If they are hell bent on indicting just to keep him from running it will be soon after the elections. If Trump is smart he will announce just after the mid-terms to make it look even more political if they try that nonsense.
