Treon holds it too long indecisively, which allows the pocket to collapse and he then has to scramble and wait for someone to get open.

Grier has a case of fumbleitis, whether it be him getting hit and losing it or him awkwardly handing it off.

So far from what we've seen I prefer Grier because he has a better sense of "make it happen, Cap'n" with being decisive quickly, whether it be pass or take off running, while Treon "waits". But Grier seems to have more TO's in him than Treon.
