According to CDC ~38,000 people died as a result of firearms in 2019.
~24,000 (~63%) were as a result of suicide.
Of the ~14,000 homicides 396 were as a result of some form of a rifle (not even broken out to scary AR15 mind you). Greater than 98% of homicides were committed with a handgun but yet we are trying to ban rifles.
Ask yourself why. If a tyrannical govt comes for your liberties you have no chance if they have rifles and you have a handgun.

Shouldn't we ban all private vehicles first, since Vehicle Violence kills way more innocent people annually than guns do? Then knife violence (like Mexico). Then baseball bat violence (like Japan).
Criminal Violence results in the Rats letting the criminals back out as quickly as possible, so they can kill more of us, especially if we are disarmed. While the Rat politicians continue to demand close protection squads from the same Police that they are de-funding and otherwise abusing.
It seems to me that the Rats are forcing a revolution and/or civil war. It's that or a return to SLAVERY for anyone that refuses to accept and support their Voter Fraud coup of 2020. It's almost to the point of a 'Call to Arms' for anyone that refuses to be a voluntary slave to their Evil Socialist Agenda....
