Beyond the Shark...Recruiting in December?!?!?

Forgive sadgator if he missed it discussed elsewhere here, but he was shocked to learn of this new rule regarding a December recruiting commitment period. Mac addresses it in the attached article. How does this effect us or change anything in college football (positive/negative/not at all). Seems like a big deal...but sadgator has never been much of a recruitnik and needs help to understand it.

The way I see it, it just gives the future EE's a platform for their commit announcement.

The big names that are not EE's will likely still wait for the Feb NSD.

Others, it won't really matter when they sign their LOI's, Dec or Feb.
