Best defensive coordinators at getting the other team off the field quickest

Florida defensive coordinator Geoff Collis is ranked 41st in the nation over the last three years in percentage of time they limited opposing teams of drives of six plays or less.

I'm not sure of the significance of this.

So, if the opposing team scores in five plays it is considered better by this measure than if they had to punt after the seventh play?
