Basketball team is a disgrace

Tell me why they continue to blow games with free throws (under 50% tonight)? They get complacent in every game they play with any kind of a lead. Kasey Hill continues to see playing time. No sense of urgency. Are players staying after for hours shooting free throws? Honestly think it has been a poor effort by Billy Donovan as well.
