Trump won PA by 600,000 votes on Election Day. After Election Day, Dimms in Philly trotted out the Dimm mail-in vote scheme. They counted till they achieved a desired number. A number of other states did the same.
Trump won FL by 1.2 in 2016. Trump upped his win to 3.3 in FL in 2020. FL did not participate in the Dimm mail-in vote scheme.
