I'm not sure if he knows your name, I certainly don't so I imagine some references to who you are in the subject line would be indicated.
Personally, I find the reason he can't ask you himself to be beyond ridiculous, so if you were to sign him up for random websites as well as contacting him, I would be amused.

Commie, is that you? Last time I spoke to Evilz, BONG was supposed to be in town for the GA game. I was out of town that whole week. I haven't spoken to or emailed him since. Does Chris (the main bartender whose family owned that place) still work there? The Mandarin Monkey's, right?
