This is not one of those classes that was loaded up with junior college and transfer pickups in the hopes of getting good quickly. It’s mostly high school players plucked out of the Cajuns’ recruiting region who put in the hard work to reach their potential and guide the program to back-to-back Sun Belt titles. Those results should impress Florida fans and inspire some optimism that, given time, Napier’s track record of evaluation and development will translate in the SEC.
