Asthmatic mom tased and then arrested for not wearing a mask outside

Certainly not defending the actions based on not wearing a mask but...
- Don't resist arrest, ever.
- Follow lawful orders...even if you disagree

Apparently this was a 'security guard' and not a cop.
Apparently she wasn't wearing a mask because she has asthma, which apparently is an exemption to Ohio's mask mandate.
Apparently this 300+ pound security guard needed backup and a female security guard was seen running up, and pulling a mask out of her pocket to put on right before she arrived.
The main objection to this seems to be 'don't resist arrest'. But I'm not sure this was an actual cop and if it appears she actually wasn't violating the mask mandate. Which is NOT a law.
I do know what would have happened if she had been black and the security guard had been white.

She's been charged with criminal trespassing. Witnesses say she was given no warning, the guy just came up and grabbed her and tried to handcuff here.
