You’re conflating two issues. I think the Senate will still release the partial report reserving the right to add to it if they eventually get the electronic devices.

The AG’s order also doesn’t specify that his order is lifted if the partial report is released.

It actually makes all of this look so much worse that the BOS won’t just hand over what was requested. Those who don’t have anything to hide usually don’t.
