Ok, so I will say this is a certainly a positive development. However, the Biden administration's approval is far from the last work on this. Expect a blizzard of lawsuits from the green groups to sue the Biden administration over this approval. In fact, there's probably an implicit, unspoken acknowledgement between Biden and these various groups that these lawsuits will be welcomed to slow down this project indefinitely.
I'll bet anybody on here a steak dinner that no oil will be produced from this project for at least ten years. I just hope the Alaskan oil fields can maintain sufficient production and keep the pipeline flowing at a sufficient amount until this project and others like it can come online. The pipeline flow is already down a considerable amount from its peak, and there's language in the original project that at a certain point the pipeline will be shut down and dismantled.

Totally unrelated to you, but for @gatordad3 and @goldmom . Sum Ting very crooked going on in Jacksonville. Retail gas is higher in Jacksonville than throughout north Florida right now. Usually it's just the inverse, as their gas taxes are higher than ours and they have higher distribution costs being hauled from the port. We are generally 20-30 cents less but now we're higher than them. Stinks like rotting fish!!
