What is worst, some of these companies are being too picky about who they hire. They only want someone who wants to work about 25 to 30 hours a week (part-time, so no benefits are paid), but have open availablity.

I think some companies are also wanting to go back to the traditional 9-5 with in person. I think a lot of people would work part time if they got to set their hrs and work from home.

Unemployment fell to below 5.0%! Once again tell the ENTIRE story. It was an average jobs report but not bad. Could definitely be better.
Maybe you should take your own advice and tell the ENTIRE story (if you know it). Going to 4.8 unemployment would be nice improvement, if not for the reason that primarily caused it which was a shrinking job force of over 200,000 jobs gone. So I guess if Joe can keep shrinking labor participation rate, he can keep lowering unemployment rate.
As i learned in business, projections means nothing, its usually based on best case scenario. Like I project to hit the lottery this weekend haha. The left focused on the projections. The media can be predictable. I still say it's average because of my view on projections.

I just didn't have the energy to respond to his assertion. When he said projections mean nothing, I threw in the towel. Maybe he was doing his own forecasting. I guess he never heard of a stock price nose diving based on a quarterly earnings report far lower than PROJECTION.

Don't care about politics, just saying I don't put personal stock in projections. They are hardly met either way (good or bad). There are more to it than that IMO. I'm not an expert and that's why I said it's my opinion.
