It’s true. Nobody can deny, DeSantis has governed very moderately and had made some awesome policy moves. He’s actually more moderate than Rick Scott, and sadgator feared he’d be some Tea Party-type wacko based on his campaign ads. He’s also a strong advocate of local government home rule power, which (you might find surprising) is quite important to sadgator.

Much better than a meth-head...you just gotta score one point for the red team there...

In all fairness to Sad, on the outside, almost all of us saw a former Tallahassee Mayor, married with 3 young children. I sure as hell didn't see all this 16-17 months ago. Then again, we conservatives saw a socialist backed by George Soros back then.

I'm not a gay-basher, and I don't care what someone's sleeping arrangements are, but my Tallahasse friends were all united in their absolute disgust that this man, a Mayor none of them supported, could actually be the Democratic nominee for Governor.
I think Gwen Graham could have been a stronger candidate in the general, and it shocks me that she lost to him.

If his wife did not know who the "real" person she married, I feel sorry for her. And their children.

For the Republicans, it's the media accuses you of something you didn't do, you apologize for them thinking that, then the media says you are just the latest in a long line of corrupt Repubs.
